The items offered in our shop are print-on-demand (POD), created specifically for you upon order placement. As such, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except as outlined below.

Our production and fulfillment partner, Custom Cat, stands behind the quality of our products. Should you receive an item with defects or errors, they will replace it at no cost. To expedite your replacement, please e-mail a photo and brief description of the issue to speyerstore@gmail.com.
