   Where do you ship? 

Shipping is limited to NY state.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always FREE!

Can I pick up my order at school? Or, can my order be sent home with my student?

Yes and yes! If you’d prefer to pick up your order in person or have it sent home with your child, you may ship your order directly to the Speyer Spirit Shop.

Please enter your full name, c/o Speyer Spirit Store, 925 9th Ave, New York, NY 10019 at checkout. We will be in touch to make arrangements once your order has arrived.

When can I expect to receive my order?

On average, we expect most orders to arrive within 7-10 business days from purchase.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 5-7 business days, then shipped from our production partner’s Michigan-based facility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

While we’ll make every effort to help you rectify or cancel an order, we appreciate your understanding that this isn’t always possible.

Our production partner’s facility is automated to process and fulfill orders almost immediately. Once an order has entered production, we’re no longer able to change or cancel the products in the order. Shipping address details can generally be updated before the order has shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, the short answer here is NO, with few exceptions. Our full return and exchange policy can be found here.

Who runs the Spirit Shop? Can I get involved?

We’re a tiny but mighty team of parent/caregiver volunteers (thank you for being patient with us!). With store events scheduled throughout the year, we’re always looking for extra hands. We’d love for you to join us! Please reach out at  speyerstore@gmail.com.

Who makes the Spirit Shop products?

The graphic designs on our products are created by our parent/caregiver volunteers, staff, and even our talented students!

Once you place an order, our print-on-demand (POD) production and fulfillment partner, Custom Cat, takes over. They make each item especially for you, thereby reducing waste and the need to carry excess inventory.

Who benefits from Spirit Shop proceeds?

We all do! The Speyer PA proudly sponsors the Spirit Shop, and proceeds benefit our students, staffulty, and community.

In the past, funds have been used to sponsor special events such as teacher appreciation lunches, movie screenings, picnics, parties, discounted entertainment tickets, new school equipment purchases, and much, much more!

I just received my t-shirt and it feels a little stiff. What's up with that?

Our t-shirts are hot-pressed direct-to-garment (DTG). This process uses extreme heat and pressure to apply the graphic, which can cause t-shirt fibers to "seize up" and result in some stiffness. Your t-shirt should relax after its first wash, and continue to soften over time!

Can we expect to see new products in the Speyer Spirit Shop?

Yes! We develop new products throughout the year. If you have product suggestions or wish to get involved, we’d love to hear from you!
