Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our production and fulfillment partner, Custom Cat, stands behind the quality of our products and guarantees their workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on their part will result in a replacement at no charge. To expedite your replacement, please snap a photo of the error and email it along with a brief description of the issue to speyerstore@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Since our items are print-on-demand it means that the items you order are created specifically for you once you place your order. This helps us save PA funds by not having to take on inventory. And because we do not have to take on inventory, we do not have items available for exchange.

If you feel that the item or items you ordered just won't work for you, please email speyerstore@gmail.com and we'll try to work with you as best we can to ensure your satisfaction.
